Lockdown 2020 – Frozen (Again!) – 22nd April 2020

Our morning was a Netflix morning. Bella had discovered another Japanese Anime TV show. I mean I could be wrong. It was called Glitter Force Doki Doki. Bella seems to find these shows and I have no idea how. I love the graphics, I find them such a different form of cartoons. I don’t know how to describe it but I really like them. I was a bit unsure of the storyline. Bella seems to enjoy them. She likes a few of them, we watched Winx the other week and Bella also really enjoys Miraculous. In fact I really enjoy that too.

While Bella was having a bit of a morning binge watching Netflix, I was sewing Bella’s dress. I’ve been doing that a lot lately. I really want to get it finished as soon as possible. Even though the constant hand sewing is hurting my fingers.

Once I turned the TV off Bella went outside to play. She wrapped in her coat and was playing with her garden toys. I was still inside sat on the sofa getting bits done. Liam had also popped out in the garden as well but I gave myself a bit of a fright when I couldn’t see Bella playing.

It turns out Liam had called her into the greenhouse with him. I should have guessed as the kitchen ladder had been taken outside. Bella was on top of the steps watering the plants she had planted with Liam the day before. I do love that they’ve got something to share. It’s nice the bond the pair of them have.

That afternoon Bella wanted to watch Frozen again so we settled down for a film afternoon. I put Frozen on and she snuggled down on the floor while I sat on the sofa with my sewing.

When my fingers were finally too sore from sewing I stopped and took a break. With Bella deciding we wanted to focus on minibeasts I was on Amazon hunting for some plastic minibeasts for a sensory tray and a minibeast hunting kit so we could go and find some really bugs. I’m sure I’ve spent too much money on Amazon but it’s all in the aid of Bella’s education.

That evening I cooked us cottage pie. I had actually prepared it the night before but I had left it far too late to actually cook it for dinner. So instead I had placed it into the fridge to cook for dinner tonight.

Stay safe.

Night all and let’s see what adventures tomorrow holds for us.

Love CiCi x
